Pfff what can I say? A-maz-ing!! It was so good I had a latte from the specials and a smoothie after—I was there for an event. The cheddar and chive scones was phenomenal. I love their mercantile wall too. This is also a woman owned businesses which I love to support. If you want a very nice tea, expresso, and shake spot, go here. They have pastry options for Vegans, Gluten free diets, and omnivores like me. I highly recommend The Shake & Grind.

The Shake And Grind is more than just a coffee shop — it’s a whole vibe. The drinks are amazing (the lattes and protein shakes are my favorite!), and the atmosphere is so welcoming. This coffee shop is an absolute gem—so quaint, cozy, and welcoming.
